How To Season Cast-iron Pans

Seasoning cast-iron pans is just one of those things I grew up knowing how to do. Its super simple and doesn’t take much at tall.

To begin, preheat your oven to 300 ° F

Next, scour your pans and dry.

Then, take and coat your pans with oil ( I use vegetable oil).

After that, put your pans in the oven for 1 hour.

Lastly, pull your pans out and VERY carefully wipe out access oil with a towel.

* please be careful not to burn yourself.*

Let the pans cool and you should have yourself seasoned pans.
